Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your experience. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, you may request a refund. Please review the details of our return policy below.

RETURNS

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the service must not have been used beyond initial access, and no significant usage or data activity should have occurred during that period.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@rapidbills.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA, include it along with your proof of purchase in your reply. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

REFUNDS

Once your refund request is received and verified, we will begin processing it. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for review and processing. Depending on your provider, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

If you encounter issues with a defective or malfunctioning service, please contact us at contact@rapidbills.com to request a refund or account credit. Our support team will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate solution.
